A flat glass sheet is progressively heated with high heat flow towards a sinking heating rate, and then bent into any form of complicated shape using a bending mould to produce annealed bent glass. The glass is then steadily allowed to cool.
Curved geometries and even projects with spherical glass shapes are among the many shapes that may be created using this approach.
Additionally, it enhances visual properties in comparison to bent tempered glass, making it more suitable for laminated glass and insulating glass manufacture.
